Chamber structure:
The thermal shock test chamber features full functionality controlled by a computer, utilizing proprietary software with a user-friendly interface that simplifies both operation and monitoring.

The "hold" function allows the currently running program to be maintained in its current state, enabling temporary modification of the program segment's values and the setting of time parameters on the screen.

This ensures that the refrigeration, heating, and lift basket transfer operations switch automatically according to the preset values. The cold and hot chambers are independently controlled, with separate doors that enhance the versatility of the test chamber (one chamber, three uses). The insulation of the product is fully guaranteed.

Safety interlocks are in place between the chamber door, circulation fan, and lift basket transmission to protect the operator. When the chamber door is opened, the power to the circulation fan and lift basket transmission is automatically cut off.

A standard conduit for lead wires is located at the top of the chamber, facilitating the introduction of sensor wires, test cables, and other types of leads into the chamber by the user.

Control system:
The main controller of the high and low-temperature shock test chamber uses an imported Japanese “OYO” dual-loop high-precision LCD touch-button temperature controller. This controller features an LCD touch screen that can display set parameters, test curves, running time, heater operating status, and has a self-tuning function for PID parameters.

The control program is compiled using a human-machine dialogue method; simply setting the temperature can achieve the automatic operation function of the refrigeration machine.

The control system is equipped with a comprehensive detection device that can automatically display detailed fault information and alarms. It also features a 485 communication interface and operating software. The setting precision is as follows: temperature: 0.1℃; time: 1 second. The user program capacity is 10×99 segments.

The running modes include program operation and constant operation. It also includes an independent over-temperature protection instrument and a cumulative timer for equipment operating time.

The transition time between the low-temperature and high-temperature zones is less than or equal to 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is less than or equal to 5 minutes.

Refrigeration system:

To meet the requirements of the cooling rate and the lowest temperature of the test chamber, this chamber uses a dual-stage cascade refrigeration system composed of an imported fully enclosed compressor from France.

The cascade refrigeration system includes a high-temperature refrigeration cycle and a low-temperature refrigeration cycle, with the connecting vessel being an evaporative condenser.

The evaporative condenser serves as an energy transfer device, transferring the heat from the test chamber through the two-stage refrigeration system to achieve the cooling objective.

The refrigeration system is designed with energy regulation technology, an effective method that ensures the normal operation of the refrigeration unit while effectively regulating the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, reducing the operating costs and failure rate to a more economical state.

Refrigeration Working Principle:
Both the high and low-temperature refrigeration cycles use the reverse Carnot cycle, which consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes.

The process is as follows: The refrigerant is adiabatically compressed by the compressor to a higher pressure, consuming work and increasing the exhaust temperature. Subsequently, the refrigerant undergoes isothermal heat exchange with the surrounding medium in the condenser, transferring heat to the surroundings.

The refrigerant then expands adiabatically through a valve, doing work and lowering its temperature. Finally, the refrigerant absorbs heat isothermally from a higher-temperature object through the evaporator, reducing the temperature of the cooled object. This cycle repeats continuously to achieve the cooling objective.
