The Photovoltaic PV module UV test chamber primarily specifies the test for evaluating the resistance to UV irradiation of PV modules when exposed to a UV radiation environment.
This test is applicable for assessing the UV irradiation resistance of materials such as storage polymers and protective layers.
Chamber structure:
The Photovoltaic PV module UV test chamber adopts a pioneering domestic exterior design, giving the device an overall aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance.
The interior chamber material uses brushed SUS304B steel plate, which is acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
The sample holder can be adjusted for its vertical position as needed.
With years of experience in professionally designing experimental equipment, it features a rational air circulation system, which ensures the highest uniformity of temperature and humidity inside the chamber.
The distance between the test piece and the lamp surface is in parallel, meeting the sample test wavelength requirements (the test piece platform height is adjustable).
Control system:
The temperature control system of the photovoltaic (PV) module UV aging test chamber employs a balanced temperature control method (BTC) through forced air circulation.
In this method, the control system adjusts the output of the heater based on the results calculated by the PID algorithm according to the set temperature point, ultimately achieving a dynamic equilibrium.
The air heating method utilizes high-quality nickel-chromium wire heaters, which are made of superior materials and have corrosion-resistant and moisture-resistant properties.
Additionally, the response speed of these heaters is significantly faster than that of conventional heating tubes, resulting in higher heating efficiency.
