Product application:
The UV aging test chamber is suitable for aging tests of non-metallic materials to evaluate their resistance to sunlight and artificial light sources.
Chamber structure:
The UV aging test chamber is manufactured using numerically controlled machine tools for its formation, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and elegant appearance.
The chamber cover is designed as a bi-directional flip-top, making operation simple and convenient.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel, while the outer chamber is constructed from A3 steel sheet with a sprayed plastic finish, enhancing the visual appeal and cleanliness of the device.
The heating method employed is an inner water trough heating system, which allows for rapid temperature increase and uniform temperature distribution.
The drainage system features a vortex-type and U-shaped sedimentation device for efficient drainage, facilitating easy cleaning for the user.
Control system:
The system uses a black aluminum plate connected to the temperature sensor, with a blackboard temperature controller to manage heating, ensuring more stable temperature control.
The radiometer probe is fixed in place, eliminating the need for repeated installation and removal.
The UV aging test chamber employs a specialized UV radiometer with high-precision display and measurement for accurate radiation control.
The radiation intensity does not exceed 50 W/m2.
Lighting and condensation can be independently controlled and alternately cycled.
The independent control time for lighting and condensation, as well as the alternating cycle time, can be set arbitrarily within a range of up to 1,000 hours.
